How this works, and what it does not know
- Companies come from Companies House (by industry code, with company names checked for broad codes such as vehicle repair), the FSA register of approved food sites, and a list of fire and rescue services (from general knowledge, not a register). Companies House addresses are registered offices, which may not be the site.
- Company fit is an estimate: 45% how likely the product is used there, 30% whether it runs a site, 25% size from its filed accounts. A matching dated signal adds 15.
- Not connected: D&B, Creditsafe, Apollo and ZoomInfo need paid accounts. Matching against Dräger's own customers happens on Dräger's side; exports include the company number for that.
- Facts come from public records: the government's Renewable Energy Planning Database (quarterly, Open Government Licence) and council planning applications via UK PlanIt (refreshed hourly in the background). Each card links to its record.
- Judgments come from Jev, which reads only the record. Its readings are probabilities, shown as such, never as facts about the company.
- Why it matters lines quote the regulation or guidance, each with its own link.
- Names are only shown from Companies House, with a link to the register. Everything else is a recommended role.
- Fit is an estimate: half how likely detection is needed, a fifth project size, the rest how recent the signal is.
- Not known: whether Dräger already serves a site, who has already specified detection, or anything about installed equipment. Mark "Already a Dräger account" when you know.
- Nothing is sent from this app. "Open in email" opens a draft in your own email.
